Welcome to TravelMeal. By placing an order, using our WhatsApp store, or collecting food from our highway pickup points, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Scope
TravelMeal currently provides highway food pickup services at selected locations.
Delivery is limited to pickup points only; doorstep or in-vehicle delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned.

2. Ordering & Confirmation
Orders must be placed through WhatsApp or our website (if available).
An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team.
Prices may vary based on availability and vendor supply.

3. Payments
We accept UPI and Cash on Pickup.
For UPI payments, users must ensure correct payment transfer.
Payment failures due to network/bank issues are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Once the order is prepared or dispatched to the pickup point, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are processed only if:
Wrong item delivered
Order not prepared due to our error
Refund mode will be the same as the payment mode (UPI refunds may take 1–3 working days).

5. Food Quality & Hygiene
We work with verified vendors, but items are subject to availability.
Perishable items (fruits, snacks, beverages) may vary in taste and freshness depending on season and supplier.
TravelMeal is not responsible for any issues once the order has been picked up.

6. Pickup Responsibility
Customers or drivers must reach the pickup point on time.
If a customer is late by more than 10 minutes, the order may be marked as no-show, and no refund will be provided.

7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
Prices may change without prior notice due to vendor or supply adjustments.

8. Safety & Liability
TravelMeal is not responsible for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or highway restrictions
Loss/damage of food after pickup
Any medical issues caused by allergens or food sensitivities
Customers must check ingredients and suitability before consumption.

9. Use of WhatsApp
By messaging us, you agree to receive:
Order updates
Payment links
Important notifications
Your data is used only for order processing and service improvement. We do not share it with third parties.
